Doctor Obi would like to publicly congratulate all those who played a crucial part in reaching some sort of Provisional Political Consensus at the recently concluded 15th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP15) ; which controversially took place at (the fabulous) Bella Center in Copenhagen (Denmark , Europe) from the 7th to the 18th of December, 2009.

Dr Obi will not be commenting any further on COP15 ; as far too much has been said already.

What we now need to see is Action - Not Rhetoric !
